Receptionist
Primary Purpose: Under close supervision provide receptionist and clerical assistance for the efficient operation of the administration office.
Knowledge/Skills:
Strong verbal and written skills
Strong general office skills (filing, operate multi-line phone system, office organizational skills)
Computer skills: (Experience working with Micro Soft Word, Excel, Spread Sheet)
Ability to work well with children, parents, school staff, and community
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree Preferred
Experience:
One year experience in office setting
